The hotel's room needed more attention to detail with the lack of towels, hand soap, and shower soap, and the dusty coffee maker and utensils. Despite some minor room issues, it was a great space for evening relaxation, especially with the included breakfast and dinner buffet.
My stay at the hotel was truly special. The room I booked, featuring a seating area and a king-sized bed, made our experience extra memorable as we could enjoy the festivities right from our room. The room was huge, super clean, and offered a fantastic view over the Veracruz port. The location was hands down the best part, being in the heart of downtown Veracruz, right across from the malecon and Cafe de la Parroquia.
The hotel had basic rooms without a hair blow dryer, but it provided a coffee maker with coffee initially. The included breakfast buffet and dinner buffet were highlights. The service was mostly good, with some staff actively asking for tips which I found off-putting. The location was perfect, near the city center and right across from the malecon. The dining was enjoyable with a good variety of ingredients and dishes.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic, offering convenient access to downtown Veracruz and great views of the harbor. The dining experience was average, but the hotel facilities were well-maintained and convenient.
